VinFast VF 8 
Vietnamese automaker VinFast is launching in Canada with a pair of electric SUVs including the VF 8, a midsize model with seating for five that comes in Eco or Plus trim. Output is rated at 349 horsepower and 402 horsepower, respectively. Maximum range is around 400 km. The unique thing about VinFast is that customers have to lease the battery. The company offers a generous 10-year/200,000km warranty, as well.
