The Tiguan can accommodate five passengers or, optionally, seven people thanks to its available third-row seat, a rare feature in the compact SUV segment. As standard, we get a 180-horsepower, turbocharged four-cylinder engine and a front-wheel drivetrain, while all-wheel drive is optional. Among available items, we note an infotainment system with eight-inch touchscreen, blind-spot monitoring, autonomous emergency braking, a panoramic sunroof and a Fender sound system.
Pros
- Spacious and versatile cabin
Cons
- Ho-hum driving dynamics
