| Details | On certain vehicles, the front brake pipe may contact the left-hand side of the engine oil pan. This contact could cause the brake pipe to wear through to the point of brake fluid loss during brake application. This could reduce braking effectiveness and increase stopping distances. Correction: Vehicles will be inspected and an additional brake pipe clip will be installed if required. If there was contact between the oil pan and the brake pipe, the brake pipe will be replaced. |
