| Details | On certain vehicles equipped with 4.7L or 5.7L engines, the positive battery cable could contact the front system upper control arm mounting bracket. Over time, this condition could abrade the cable and cause a short circuit which could result in an underhood fire. Correction: Dealers will reposition and secure the cable away from the control arm mounting bracket. |
