Details | Certain vehicles may have been equipped with incorrect Occupant Classification System software. In some instances, these vehicles could temporarily experience an inaccurate occupant classification, which may illuminate the Passenger Airbag Disable lamp or activate the seatbelt minder. Failure of the passenger frontal airbag to deploy during a crash (where deployment is warranted) could increase the risk of personal injury to the seat occupant. Correction: Dealers will replace the Occupant Classification System Module. |
