Honda Electrical Recall #2013216

On certain vehicles, water may enter the driver's power window master switch.

Although Honda previously attempted to remedy this problem by installing a plastic cover over the switch, this fix was inadequate.

Water intrusion could cause the switch to overheat, which may result in a fire causing property damage and/or personal injury.

Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the driver’s power window master switch.

Note: This recall supersedes recall 2010025.

Vehicles that were repaired under the previous campaign will also need to be repaired under this campaign.
