| Details | On certain vehicles, the ball joint socket area on the front lower control arm may become cracked due to an inappropriate manufacturing process of the ball joint. If a large load is applied to the suspension while driving, the ball joint may suddenly separate from the socket, which could result in a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the lower control arms with modified parts. |
