| Details | On certain vehicles, a wiring connector located under the driver's side carpet may become contaminated by salt water and corrode over time. This could cause a short-circuit that may cause the connector to overheat and melt and potentially lead to a fire if combustible objects are nearby. A vehicle fire could result in injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will relocate and replace the wiring connector terminal to a higher position and replace the rear display harness with a new one. |
