| Details | Issue: On certain 330i xDrive models, the interior trunk release may not work properly. This could prevent the trunk from being opened from the inside. Safety Risk: If a person is closed inside the trunk compartment, they might not be able to get out. This could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: BMW will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a BMW dealer to inspect the interior trunk release cable. If it is not connected, it will be reinstalled. |
