| Details | Issue: On certain vehicles, the high-pressure fuel pump could be missing a part that helps control the pressure. As a result, the pump can crack. If this happens, there could be a fuel leak in the engine compartment. Safety Risk: A fuel leak in the engine compartment could result in a fire. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the high-pressure fuel pump. |
