| Details | Issue: On a small number of vehicles, a weld on the front axle support bracket could break due to a manufacturing defect. As a result, the right front control arm could become loose. If this happens, there could be a sudden change in handling. Safety Risk: A sudden change in handling could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: BMW will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the front axle support. |
