| Details | Issue: On certain vehicles, if the Drive Mode selector switch is set to Handling Mode ("Flag" icon selected), the electronic stability control (ESC) system will not return to the default setting the next time the car is started. Canadian regulations require the ESC system to be fully active each time the vehicle is started. Safety Risk: An ESC system that is not fully active could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Bugatti will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to reprogram the ESC software and update the owner manuals. |
