| Details | Issue: On certain wheelchair-accessible vehicles, the compliance label has incomplete information. Also, the tire and loading information label may not have been updated to include the new seating capacity and the maximum weight of occupants and cargo. This could lead to overloading of the vehicle and cause poor handling or a tire failure. Safety Risk: Overloading of the vehicle could cause a loss of control and result in a crash. Corrective Actions: Dynamic Specialty Vehicles will mail new compliance and tire and loading information labels to each owner, along with instructions for how to install them. |
