| Details | Issue: On certain vehicles, a programming error in the engine control module (ECM) could cause loss of engine power and/or cause the engine to stall. Note: The malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) may turn on before an engine stall happens. Safety Risk: A loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Infiniti will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to reprogram the ECM software. |
