| Details | Issue: On a small number of BMW M3 models, the bolts that attach the front seat belt buckles may not have been properly tightened. As a result, the seat belt may not work as designed in a crash. Safety Risk: A seat belt that does not work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: None of the affected vehicles have been sold to retail customers. BMW will instruct dealers to inspect the front seat belt buckle attachments before each vehicle is sold. |
