| Details | Issue: On certain vehicles, the hinges for the rear liftgate may not have been manufactured correctly. As a result, the hinges could fail and separate in a rear crash. Safety risk: A liftgate that opens or separates in a crash could create an increased risk of injury. Corrective actions: Nissan will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the rear liftgate hinges. |
