| Details | Issue: On a small number of vehicles, the instrument cluster may contain an incorrect software version. As a result, certain tell-tales or warning indicators may not turn on in the instrument cluster when there is a problem. Safety Risk: A warning light that does not turn on may prevent a driver from receiving information regarding the status of vehicle systems. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to reprogram the instrument cluster with the correct software version. |
