| Details | Issue: On certain vehicles, the turn signal indicator does not flash quickly to indicate when a turn signal bulb is not working. Canadian regulations require a change in the flash rate of the turn signal indicator when a turn signal bulb stops working. Safety Risk: This problem could cause a driver to be unaware that the turn signals are not working. Turn signals that do not work may cause a person not to recognize when a driver intends to turn or change lanes. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Action: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your vehicle to a dealer to update the body control module (BCM) software. |
