Details

Issue: On certain vehicles, the wiring harness for the centre-rear seat belt buckle could interfere with the lower universal anchorage system (UAS) for securing a child seat.

As a result, you may not be able to properly attach a child seat in the right-rear seat using the UAS.

Safety Risk: A child seat that isn't properly secured could increase the risk of injury in a crash.

Corrective Actions: Porsche will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the wiring harness for the centre-rear seat belt buckle.

The wiring will be re-routed and secured, as necessary.
