| Details | Issue: On a small number of vehicles, there may be a problem with the electrical connection on the left or right side curtain airbag. As a result, a side curtain airbag may not inflate properly in a crash. Note: This problem may cause the airbag warning light to turn on, or flash intermittently. Safety Risk: A side curtain airbag that does not work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: General Motors will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the harness connector on the affected side curtain airbag. |
