| Details | Issue: On a small number of vehicles, the turn signal telltale may flash at the same speed as when a turn signal bulb fails. As a result, you may not notice when a turn signal bulb is not working. Canadian regulations require a change in the turn signal flash rate when a bulb fails. Safety Risk: This problem could cause a driver to be unaware that the turn signals are not working. Turn signals that do not work may cause a person not to recognize when a driver intends to turn or change lanes. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your vehicle to a dealer to update the body control module (BCM). |
