| Details | Issue: On certain vehicles, the cushions for the driver and front passenger head restraints could detach when adjusted to the fully forward position. Safety Risk: Head restraint cushions that detach could increase the risk of an injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the driver and front passenger head restraints. |
