| Details | Issue: On certain vehicles, the bolt(s) for the upper control arm ball joint(s) may have been damaged during production. As a result, the bolt(s) could fail and cause the upper control arm(s) to separate from the knuckle(s). Note: This recall affects 2022-2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2021-2023 Grand Cherokee L models. Safety Risk: An upper control arm that separates could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the upper control arm bolt(s). |
