| Details | Issue: On certain vehicles, the year of manufacture listed on the compliance label is incorrect. Canadian regulations require the month and year of the vehicle's date of manufacture to be listed on the compliance label. Safety Risk: This error could cause confusion when trying to identify the model year of the vehicle using the compliance label. Corrective Actions: BMW will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to install a corrected compliance label. |
