| Details | Issue: On certain vehicles, water could enter the LED logo lamps inside the driver and passenger side mirrors and cause a short circuit when they turn on. Safety Risk: A short circuit can create the risk of a fire, including when the vehicle is parked, the engine is turned off and the lamps are turned on. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to disconnect the LED logo lamps power wires. |
