| Details | Issue: On a small number of hybrid trucks, the wrong fuse may have been installed in the high-voltage battery junction box. As a result, the fuse could blow and cause a sudden loss of power to the wheels, if the truck is in electric-only mode. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to replace the 60-A fuse with one that has a 150-A rating. |
