| Details | Issue: On certain electric vehicles, a software problem could cause the pedestrian warning system not to work. Canadian regulations require electric vehicles to make a minimum exterior sound. Safety Risk: A pedestrian warning system that doesn't work could create an increased risk of injury for other road users. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the amplifier software. |
