As new technology makes its way into vehicles faster than the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat runs to 100 km/h, consumers are naturally skeptical and, at times, slow to adapt.

So what can automakers do to help bridge the technology gap?

Well for starters, Jim Kenzie says, they can ensure the right frontline employees are in place at dealerships.
