If you've reconditioned your vehicle's headlights but still notice a diminished output, it might be time to replace the headlight bulbs.

And while $20 is usually enough to buy a pair of headlight bulbs, Bill Gardiner suggests considering spending more next time to buy higher output bulbs in this Tip of the Week.
