The diesel emissions scandal currently plaguing Volkswagen got Jim Kenzie thinking: Is perfection 99.9 per cent of the time perfect enough?

"Nobody's perfect," says Jim. "And am I defending the industry that I work in?

"Absolutely, because the products they produce at the value and price that they charge (is) unprecedented in the history of industry."
