2015 Ford Mustang: Evolution of the Species

Published on January 17, 2014 in Montreal by Jean-Charles Lajeunesse

The new 2015 Mustang, unveiled world-wide last December, is not a radical departure from the previous generation. Think more in terms of significant evolution of the species with the all-new specifically developed independent rear suspension. The sixth generation Mustang is longer by 5 mm, wider by 38 mm and lower by 30 mm and boasts increased passenger room as well as more trunk space.

Three engines are available a 3.7-liter V6, an all-new fuel-efficient 2.3-liter EcoBoost® engine and the ubiquitous 5.0-liter V8 with increased horsepower. All engines are available with either a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters.

Expect deliveries of the 2015 Mustang by November 2014.
