Volvo V60 Cross Country: The Rugged Wagon

Published on November 6, 2014 in Los Angeles by Frédérick Boucher-Gaulin

Volvo will use the Los Angeles Auto Show as an opportunity to launch their new V60 Cross Country, a high-riding version of their V60 station wagon. Sitting somewhere between the XC60 and the XC90 in the manufacturer’s SUV lineup, this crossover benefits from a 65mm lift, plastic body cladding, underbody protective plates and dual exhaust integrated into the rear bumper.

It is possible to equip your V60 Cross Country with 18 or 19 inch wheels, and the interior will be black with brown stitching.

North-American bound vehicles will all have all-wheel drive, the 250-horsepower inline-five engine and an automatic transmission.

Pricing has yet to be announced, but you will probably have to pay a few grand more than the $39,800 required for a regular V60. We will have to wait and see at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
