Updates For The Toyota Auris

Published on February 23, 2015 in Geneva by Frédérick Boucher-Gaulin

In the weeks before every major auto show, automakers typically start to send us teaser shots of the cars they intend to reveal at said event. In a preview of the Geneva International Motor Show, Toyota launched the facelifted Auris, which will be officially shown in Switzerland.

First of all, the Auris (a family hauler which shares its platform with the Corolla) receives a few changes to its front grille, new headlights and a front bumper that was modified to fit all these upgrades.

The interior reveals little to no change; apart from black accents, different air ducts and a larger touch screen, the cockpit is largely unchanged.

I already hear you asking me a very important question: ''that's interesting, but the Auris isn't sold on our shores. Why should I care?''. And you are right. However, Scion will soon start selling the Scion iM, which will be based on the Auris, so it's important to stay updated on this vehicle.

We will see the Auris for the first time at the Geneva Motor Show.
