Small Changes For The 2016 Nissan Rogue

The 2016 model year will bring some changes for the Nissan Rogue. Since the small SUV has been enjoying tremendous success since its last refresh, Nissan wisely chose to add a few simple things instead of reinventing the wheel.

There is a new S appearance package, which adds chromed door handles and body-coloured mirror covers with integrated turn signals. On the Rogue SL, a new motion-activated sensor that opens the rear hatch has been added.

The Rogue also benefits from an improved blind spot monitoring system and Siri compatibility on the SL and SV Premium versions. A new emergency braking system is also offered; like on other Nissan products, it scans the road ahead and will apply the brakes if it detects that a collision is inevitable, in an effort to reduce the severity.
