The Toyota Tundra TRD Pro, Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro and Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro trucks have all been revealed at the Chicago Auto Show, with slightly enhanced looks and additional features.

The 2019 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro rides once again on 2.5-inch Fox Internal Bypass shocks which, according to the automaker, are perfect for “high-speed desert running, slow-speed rock crawling, or simply driving to and from work.” TRD-tuned springs are said to provide good ride comfort and two additional inches of lift, while the Tundra features more robust rear leaf springs that are also found on the TRD Off-Road edition.

Visually, the TRD Pro now boasts Rigid Industries LED fog lights as well as LED headlight and driving lights. The blacked-out front grille has been redesigned, there’s a new hood scoop and the front skid plate now features red lettering. In addition, a TRD Pro inscription has been stamped on the truck’s rear quarter panels, and the dual TRD Pro exhaust now gets black chrome tips. The revised appearance is completed with a set of 18-inch, black BBS alloy wheels, wrapped in P275/65R18 all-terrain tires. Exterior colour choices will include Super White, Midnight Black Metallic and—a TRD Pro exclusivity—Voodoo Blue.

The Tundra TRD Pro should once again be available in double cab and CrewMax variants. Both will include a long list of standard equipment, including a power sunroof and an infotainment system with seven-inch touchscreen and navigation. It will be equipped with a 5.7-litre V8 that develops 381 horsepower and 401 pound-feet of torque, mixed with a six-speed automatic transmission.

Pricing hasn’t been announced yet, but the 2017 edition (there is no 2018MY Tundra TRD Pro) was listed from $57,520 before freight and delivery charges. The 2019 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro will be on sale this fall.
