2020 Cadillac XT6: Pricing Announced
Cadillac’s new midsize, three-row SUV will soon go on sale in Canada, and the luxury brand has just announced pricing.
Ready to confront the Acura MDX, the Infiniti QX60, the Land Rover Discovery, the Lincoln Aviator and the Volvo XC90, among others, the 2020 Cadillac XT6 will retail from $60,995 before freight and delivery charges. That’s for the Premium Luxury variant. As for the XT6 Sport, it will list from $63,795.

While the XT6 Premium Luxury relies on a more elegant appearance with bright exterior trim, the XT6 Sport gets glossy black accenting and other sportier design cues for a more dynamic look.
The same strategy applies to the vehicle’s road manners, as the Premium Luxury variant gets a more comfortable ride. The Sport version benefits from a firmer suspension setup with continuously variable dampers for a more engaging driving experience.
In both cases, we get a 3.6-litre V6 that develops 310 horsepower and 271 pound-feet of torque, an eight-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drivetrain. Twenty-inch wheels are fitted as standard, while 21-inch rims and tires are optional on the Sport trim. Maximum towing capacity is rated at 4,000 pounds or 1,814 kilograms.
Each XT6 will also be equipped with LED headlights and taillights, a power-adjustable and heated steering wheel, a panoramic sunroof, power-folding third-row seatbacks, a CUE infotainment system with multifunction dial, an on-board Wi-Fi hotspot (data package required) and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto integration. Advanced safety features such as front collision warning with emergency braking, park assist, lane-departure warning and lane-keep assist as well as blind-spot monitoring are included as well.
To dress up the XT6’s cabin, we can choose between wood or carbon fibre trim, while second-row captain’s chairs (for six-passenger seating instead of seven), head-up display, a camera-assisted rearview mirror, adaptive cruise control and night vision are also available on the options list.
