Mazda CX-70
On January 30, Mazda will finally introduce the CX-70, a midsize SUV similar to the CX-90 but with two rows of seats instead of three. It will be available with a new turbocharged inline six-cylinder engine featuring M-Hybrid Boost mild hybrid technology, as well as a plug-in hybrid system.
Also in 2024, Mazda’s plan calls for the addition of a CX-50 Hybrid. Built at a joint Mazda-Toyota assembly plant in Alabama, it will borrow Toyota technology as Mazda executives have previously announced.
