A compact SUV, the Terrain is easily recognized thanks to its elegant angular lines. Offered in SLE-1 and -2, SLT-1 and -2 and luxurious Denali versions, all are powered by a 2.4L four-cylinder engine with direct injection (182 horsepower), while a powerful 301-hp 3.6L V6 is optional. Whether equipped with front or all-wheel drive, all Terrains have a six-speed automatic transmission. With the V6, towing capacity is at 3500 lbs. Of note: the Terrain is assembled in Canada.
