Within the midsize category, the Mazda6 sedan differentiates itself through its sporty styling. The two trim levels, GS and GT, are both available with a 2.5 litre four (170 hp) or a 3.7 litre V6 (272 hp). Two six-speed transmissions are available, manual and automatic, but only the latter is offered with the V6. The rear bench seat is very hospitable thanks to the long wheelbase. The current version is in its final model year run, as a completely new edition will bow for 2014.
