Winner of several awards since its arrival on the market two years ago, the XC90 starts at approximately $60,000. It's available in three versions—Momentum, R-Design and Inscription—with a choice of three engines that range from 250 to 400 horsepower. The T8 plug-in hybrid has an operating range of about 40 kilometres in fully electric mode. As with all Volvos, the XC90 boasts superior safety characteristics.
