Cadillac Elmiraj Concept

Cadillac has unveiled what it says is the next step forward in its Art & Science design DNA with the beautiful Elmiraj concept vehicle. The unveiling was done last night during the Pebble Beach Concours d’elegence.

The sleek coupe is reminiscent of the Ciel concept, also revealed at Pebble Beach, two years ago. It bears Cadillac’s new logo (sans wreath) and carries the brand’s signature trait of vertical LED headlights & taillights. It has a long nose and even a mini boat tail shape.

Under the hood you’ll find a beastly twin-turbo 4.5 litre V8 producing 500hp and 500 lb-ft of torque which is more than enough to carry its more than 1800kg weight.

Inside the vehicle is a 2+ 2 configuration wrapped in beautiful leather accented with titanium backlight panels.

The Elmiraj won’t likely become a model on its own but judging by the positive response we’ve seen so far, Cadillac will likely be using quite a few of its design features in upcoming models.
