The Mercedes-Benz CLA subcompact sedan is getting a mid-cycle refresh and update for the 2024 model year.

The highlight of the interior is the free-standing digital interface with available 10.25-inch displays. The centre touchscreen is powered by the latest MBUX infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. A Burmester audio system is optional. Mercedes-Benz says the revised telematics system impresses with a new design and improved performance.

The new trim elements in a dark carbon look, open-pore brown lime wood or brown MICROCUT microfibre (AMG Line only) further enhance the cabin.

What about the engine? The 2024 Mercedes-Benz CLA will return with a turbocharged four-cylinder and 48V mild hybrid technology. A temporary power boost of 13 hp is available for quick bursts. Incidentally, 0-100 km/h sprints are achieved in 6.4 seconds according to the automaker.

AMG Models

The sportier Mercedes-AMG CLA 35 and 45 S models feature more aggressive styling thanks to an AMG-specific radiator grille with vertical slats, a reshaped front apron and a round badge with the AMG emblem that reinforces the brand affiliation. The headlights and taillights are revised, as well, while new wheel designs up to 19 inches are available.
