The original Boxster pretty much saved Porsche back in 1996. As the brand enjoyed an increasing amount of success in the years that followed, so did the Boxster. The current (fourth) generation will mark the end of internal combustion engines—an electric replacement is waiting in the wings. From the turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder producing 300 horsepower all the way to the naturally aspirated 4.0-litre flat-six engine cranking out 493 horsepower, performance will delight many different drivers.
