Updates for the 2015 MINI Paceman and Countryman
If MINI’s SUV styling is not for everyone, sales figure are here to prove that the idea was a good one. Introduced a few years back, the Countryman and Paceman are strong-sellers in their segment (especially here, with their four-wheel drive system). For 2015, the manufacturer has updated these vehicles to keep up with the market.
Firstly, the Countryman sees the following updates:
- Underbelly protection tray for the all-wheel drives models
- More upscale interior with chrome accents
- Better soundproofing
- Daytime-running lights integrated into the LED fog lights
- Three new colors: Jungle Green, Midnight Grey and Starlight Blue
The Paceman Coupe receives pretty much the same updates, which means we will see the same protective plates, interior and paint jobs. Furthermore, the high-riding coupe gets new wheels and unique customizing options (unique color combinations for the roof, vinyl stripes and mirror covers).
Engine choice stays the same, and the Cooper S models gain 6 HP, for a total of 190.
The new 2015 MINI Countryman and Paceman are already on their way, and should hit dealership floors before the end of July.
