Yet, to carry several people, a lot of luggage, and tow heavy loads, there is nothing better. Offered in a range of 1500 and 2500 series models, with two or four-wheel drives, the Suburban is made for work. This year, its automatic transmission has six speeds, which should lower fuel consumption a little.
